Introduction
At Mira Her Designs, every stitch tells a story. Each sweater and jacket is more than clothing — it’s wearable art, handmade with care and intention. My pieces celebrate individuality, friendship, and the beauty of limited editions. Because they’re crafted one at a time, no two are ever alike, making your garment as unique as your journey.
1. Are all sweaters and jackets handmade?
Yes. Every piece is handmade by me here in the United States. Each design is one-of-a-kind, and slight variations may occur depending on the style.
2. What type of yarn do you use?
• Material: 100% Acrylic (7 oz)
• Care: Machine wash cold on gentle cycle or dry clean. Lay flat to dry.
3. What is the delivery time?
Orders typically ship within 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and any customizations. I’ll keep you updated on progress throughout the process.
4. What is your return policy?
• Exchanges: You may exchange your sweater or jacket for another style of equal value — no paperwork required.
• Returns: If you decide the item isn’t right for you, it can be returned for store credit.
Please note that purchases are not refundable.
5. How long are items available for purchase?
Each design is a limited edition — I only make 3–4 of each style, and they can sell out quickly. Once the season ends, designs are retired. I’ll notify customers by email or text as end dates approach. Currently, my pieces are available online only, though I plan to introduce select designs at local boutiques in the future.
6. What sizes do you carry?
My jackets are designed to be chunky and oversized. Models shown range from small to large. For each order, I personally connect with customers to ensure the fit meets their preferences.
7. What counts as a customization, and are there limits?
Customizations include adding features such as buttons, pockets, or a hood. Color changes may also be possible depending on available yarn. Please note: I do not work with black yarn.
